MANIFIESTO REALFESTIVAL.ORG

Esta iniciativa cultural y social pretende poner en contacto a las organizaciones y personas que en Cantabria trabajan para dar voz a la gente, dando prioridad a las cuestiones que afectan directamente a los jóvenes.

En el recinto ferial de La Lechera de Torrelavega, se realizarán todo tipo de actos sociales y reivindicativos durante el 6 y 7 de mayo. Participarán numerosas asociaciones y organizaciones de todo tipo: culturales, sociales, deportivas, políticas, de discapacitados, ecologistas, juveniles...

La motivación de la Secretaría de Juventud de CCOO y la Asociación Juvenil La Red Cultural es desarrollar un festival en defensa de los derechos de la juventud trabajadora, los inmigrantes y los que tienen alguna discapacidad.

Todas las actividades programadas pretenden dar espacio público a las reclamaciones de los derechos de los colectivos antes mencionados. Se realizarán durante dos días mediante actos públicos. Se expondrán las demandas sociales más relevantes de la actualidad cántabra. Si quieres participar poniendo tu stand, desarrollar exposiciones,u otras actividades, ponte en contacto con nosotros en laredsantander@yahoo.es. Será el primer festival cántabro cuyas actividades se podrán seguir en tiempo real por Internet desde nuestra pagina web “realfestival.org”.

En definitiva se pretende favorecer redes unitarias entre las múltiples actividades que se realizan en esta región. De esta manera, queremos favorecer su impulso y sus demandas de carácter popular.

Este festival tiene vocación de continuidad y de ampliación a más actividades populares.

Pretendemos crear espacios de encuentro en los que con tu respaldo e iniciativas, hacer de Cantabria una tierra habitable evitando que los cantabros tengan que irse fuera para poder trabajar y desarrollar sus proyectos.

This cultural and social initiative seeks to put in contact to the organizations and people that work to give voice to people in Cantabria, giving priority to the questions that affect the youths directly.

In the enclosure ferial of The Milkmaid of Torrelavega, they will be carried out all type of social acts and reivindicativos during the 6 and 7 of May. They will participate numerous associations and organizations of all type: cultural, social, sport, political, of people with inability, environmentalist, juvenile...

All the programmed activities seek to give space public before to the reclamations of the rights of the communities mentioned. They will be carried out during two days by means of public acts. The most excellent social demands in the Cantabrian present time will be exposed. In definitive it is sought to favor unitary nets among the multiple activities that are carried out in this region. This way, we want to favor their impulse and their demands of popular character.

We seek to create encounter spaces in those that with your back and initiatives, to make of Cantabria an inhabitable earth avoiding the Cantabrians to have to leave was to be able to work and to develop their projects.

The Cultural Net.

La Secretaría de Juventud de CCOO Cantabria está formada por un grupo de jóvenes que trabajamos en distintos sectores, empresas y comarcas de la región, así como estudiantes, becarios o parados. Desde hace años venimos realizando distintas actividades destinadas a frenar el mayor problema de los jóvenes trabajadores: la precariedad. Como jóvenes que somos vivimos y padecemos esa lacra diseñada por empresarios y políticos que tiene como único fin explotarnos y a la vez tenernos callados. Para frenar esa situación informamos a la gente de sus derechos, les ayudamos a organizarse para reclamar mejoras, les prestamos asesoramiento legal y laboral, etc.
Junto a esta labor sindical también llevamos a cabo otras actividades como charlas-coloquio, video-forums, cursos de formación legal, talleres de diseño, etc.

¿Por qué este Festival?
Durante los últimos años en nuestra comunidad los actos festivos y reivindicativos del 1 de mayo (día de la clase trabajadora) se han centrado en las manifestaciones de ese día
Nuestra idea es recuperar, a través de este festival, el carácter festivo, juvenil y reivindicativo dicha fecha, recuperar su sentido histórico para que deje de ser un día de fiesta sin más y se convierta en una jornada lúdica y reivindicativa que sirva para hacer visible nuestras demandas como jóvenes trabajadores y ciudadanos.
El eje central del Festival, en su vertiente social, será la lucha por la Igualdad de Trato. Como jóvenes trabajadores, los “afortunados” (no hablemos ya de los compañeros parados) que disfrutamos de un trabajo precario tenemos un menor sueldo, más accidentes laborales, menor protección social que el resto de nuestros compañeros mayores. Junto a esta lucha por la Igualdad laboral uniremos otras a favor de la conquista de derechos sociales y civiles de otros colectivos como los jóvenes inmigrantes, los discapacitados y los homosexuales. A todos ellos les cederemos un espacio dentro del festival con el fin de aunar luchas y reivindicaciones.

The Secretary of Youth of CCOO Cantabria is formed by a group of youths that we work in different sectors, companies and districts of the region, as well as students, scholarship holders or stopped. For years we come carrying out different activities dedicated to brake the biggest problem in the hard-working youths: the precariousness. As youths that we are we live and we suffer that it seals designed by managers and political that has as only end to exploit us and at the same time to have us quiet. To brake that situation we inform people of their rights, we help them to be organized to claim improvements, we lend them legal and labor advice, etc.
Next to this union work we also carry out other activities like chat-colloquy, video-forums, courses of legal formation, design shops, etc.

Why this Festival?
During the last years in our community the festival acts and you demand of May 1 (day of the hard-working class) they have been centered in the manifestations of that day
Our idea is to recover, through this festival, the festival, juvenile character and of protest of this date, to recover its historical sense so that he/she stops to be a holiday without more and become a festival day and of demand that it is good to make visible our pretenses like hard-working youths and citizens.
The central axis of the Festival, in its social slope, will be the fight for the Equality of Treatment. As hard-working youths, those “fortunate” (we don't already speak of the stopped partners) that enjoy of a precarious work we have a smaller salary, more accidents labor, smaller social protection than the rest of our bigger partners. Next to this fight for the labor Equality will unite others in favor of the conquest of social and civil rights of other communities as the immigrant youths, the handicapped and the homosexuals. To all they will give them a space inside the festival with the purpose of joining fights and recoveries.
